Our Investment Banking Division provides a comprehensive range of fund-raising and financial advisory services that cater to your requirements. Our services include the following:-:

1.  Initial Public Offering (“IPO”)

We act as the issue manager, underwriter and placement agent for companies wishing to list on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST)

 
2.  Secondary Fund Raising Exercise

We manage or arrange secondary fund-raising transactions for companies that are already listed on the SGX-ST. This could take the form of rights issues, private placements or secondary public offers. Funds could be raised via a variety of instruments including ordinary shares, preference shares, warrants or other convertible securities.

3. Corporate Advisory

In the area of financial advisory services, we undertake the following;-

a)   Advise listed companies on takeovers & mergers, privatisations, corporate restructurings and other corporate actions;

b)   Assist growing corporates based in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in private fund raising and merger activities in the South-East Asia region; and

c)   Assist large PRC corporates in their overseas expansion by identifying and advising on the acquisition of suitable companies in the South-East Asia region
